Behind that friendly face lies a creative, analytical mind. I've been writing since I can remember. I was a precocious early reader, so language has always been an intellectual aphrodisiac. I approach every job with gusto and interest. After graduating with a journalism degree--gotten while working as a print reporter--I moved to California and spent a dozen years in p.r., primarily for higher ed and nonprofits. Fell down the fundraising rabbit hole a few years later. Since then, I've edited publications, written content, white papers, and more. My secret power is research.
