Café Saigon Vietnamese Grille Comes to Driggs
Driggs, IDAHO–September 8, 2011–Imagine a restaurant that combines the flavors and freshness of a busy market in Asia. "The concept for Café Saigon is to provide healthy, authentic, fresh, and affordable Asian food to the area," said Joseph Byers, the owner and executive chef. "My wife, Crystal, and I wanted to bring something unique to the area… and we did. Not only the restaurant, but we hired Don Nguyen, a Vietnamese chef who is now the valley's only Vietnamese resident. I was getting so busy that I couldn't handle the volume by myself and it would be impossible to train someone quickly, so finding Don was a real blessing." Byers also said that with Don in the kitchen, he can focus more on the business side of things.
