In this edition of Richfield Reviews I will be walking you through my experience at Aida, an authentic Mediterranean restaurant located right in the heart of Richfield. When you first walk into this restaurant you will notice it is very small in size, but has a great patio for outdoor dining when weather permits. The place is also very busy, which in my mind is always a good thing because it usually means the food must be good. MY EXPERIENCE AT AIDA My very first impression when entering was amazement on how busy they were and I was also taken back by how delicious everything on their menu looked. They operate more like a café as you order at the counter and you can get your food to go or you can dine in. After you order you are given a number and they bring your meals out to you when they are ready. On my visit I ordered the grilled vegetable entrée which came with two skewers of fresh roasted vegetables, pita bread and two types of hummus, falafel, and your choice of sauce, I chose cucumber sauce to go with my food. The food was incredible! You could tell that everything was fresh made and everything was bursting with flavor. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Other things you can expect on your visit besides amazing Mediterranean food is the service. Everyone was very friendly and made sure to check in on our table to see that everything was tasting great. They also have a great lunch special that includes a gyro and your choice of side, so I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great place to grab lunch or dinner in Richfield check out Aida. Super tasty and affordable!
