Scripted.com Mentioned on CNBC Story About Freelance Economy

Watch Scripted.com’s CEO Sunil Rajaraman speak about the freelance economy on CNBC’s ‘Street Signs.’

CNBC’s Julia Boorstin reported on the growing freelance economy during the August 14 segment of “Street Signs,” featuring Scripted.com‘s CEO Sunil Rajaraman. Currently, 35 percent of the US workforce (non-farm and non-government workers) are considered to be full-time or part-time freelancers, according to the freelance consultancy firm MBO Partners. That number is expected to increase to 44 percent by 2020. Here at Scripted.com, we have a network of 6,000 vetted writers who share the same passion for writing as we do. We’re proud to be supporting the freelance economy and to be part of a rising economic trend. A big thanks to our writers and to CNBC for including us.
